About the Role

Our department provides a broad and highly specialised range of non‑invasive cardiac investigations, including adult transthoracic echocardiography, stress echocardiography, heart valve clinic services, adult congenital heart disease diagnostics, paediatric echocardiography, and ambulation monitoring.

We are expanding with plans for a local bradycardia pacing service and a new Community Diagnostic Centre.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to work at an advanced level, contribute to service development, and deliver high‑quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • BSE accredited or equivalent in Echocardiography.
  • Registered with RCCP, AHCS or an equivalent professional body.
  • At least 1 year of experience in independent echocardiography practice.
  • Passionate about delivering high‑quality patient care and keen to contribute to service development and team training.
  • A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Experience in specialist areas such as stress echo, ACHD or paediatric imaging is welcomed, although enthusiasm for development is encouraged for candidates with a solid echocardiography background.
