Open Mental Health in Somerset seeks Mental Health Crisis Workers to support people in our Crisis Safe Space in Wells. The role runs four nights per week from 5.30pm–11:00pm, delivering a warm, trauma-informed service to those in acute distress.

You will work with a multi‑agency approach, co‑produce recovery and crisis plans, and use motivational interviewing and brief interventions. A driving licence is required due to area geography.
