Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a senior leader to direct Estates and Facilities capital programmes. You will shape service delivery, advise on strategic estate plans, and manage major projects from inception to handover to clinical teams.

You will lead development of capital strategies, refurbishments, and decarbonisation roadmaps while ensuring compliance with regulations and value-for-money through robust governance and stakeholder engagement.
