Overview
Support regional and home managers in a field‑based role to deliver excellent leadership and care to staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR advice and guidance to callers.
- Manage a small caseload of employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
- Provide expert advice on ER policies and procedures, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Leeds Support, Home Managers and Regional Management teams to align a commercial and pragmatic approach to employee relations.
- Offer guidance to all managers on employment procedures for all staff categories.
- Reduce sickness absence through active case management.
- Support monitoring and achievement of company KPIs related to case work and sickness absence.
- Manage referrals to regulatory bodies when required and seek guidance from HR advisors.
- Escalate cases as appropriate.
- Collect, analyse, and produce monthly reports.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to various audiences.
- Prepare accurate written correspondence with attention to detail.
- Prioritise tasks and manage conflicting demands to deliver objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality at a high level.
- Use Microsoft Office suite efficiently.
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Effective communication skills.

- Advanced keyboard proficiency and high accuracy.
- Good IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel.
