As a Care Assistant, youll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include: Person-centred care: supporting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice Care planning: contributing to care reviews to ensure support plans reflect individual needs Medication support: administering medication safely and in line with procedures Activities & companionship: taking part in social activities, outings, and meaningful engagement within the home Team support: helping new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when required What Were Looking For A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, please note: Under new guidance we are unable to accept skilled or student visas Caring, positive, and reliable individuals Previous care experience preferred as this is a night role, however fully funded training is provided Opportunity Available: Bank Care Assistant - to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts - this is a zero hour contract If youre looking for a role where you can build relationships, make a real difference, and be part of a supportive team, wed love to welcome you to Bosworth Care Home.
