The predicted salary is between 55355 - 60000 £ per year.

Due to retirement, we are looking for a Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology to join our team and help shape the future of our services.

In this varied role, you will enjoy a minimum of one full day in theatre, carrying out complex procedures such as maximal effort cytoreductive surgery for advanced ovarian cancer and using the Da Vinci Robotic platform.

Key Responsibilities Participate in the gynaecological oncology service, including theatre sessions and outpatient activity.

Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality cancer care pathways.

Contribute to specialist services including colposcopy.

Undertake urgent suspected cancer clinics.

Support service development and innovation within gynaecology and gynaecological oncology services.

Participate in the gynaecology on‑call rota (currently at 1:8 frequency and with no impact to elective gynaecological oncology workload).

Engage in teaching, audit and clinical governance activities.
