Julia's House is seeking a Team Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. You will assess needs, plan and deliver evidence-based care, and support families across the Hospice and community settings.
You will participate in an on-call rota providing telephone advice, supervise Care Team members, and benefit from training and development opportunities within a compassionate, family-centered environment.
