Northumbria Healthcare Trust’s Palliative Care Service is seeking a permanent Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to join the Hospital Liaison Team, 37.5 hours per week. The post covers NSECH, Wansbeck, Ashington and North Tyneside hospitals and includes weekend/Bank Holiday shifts.
You will provide expert palliative care, lead and educate the MDT, and work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team while upholding professional standards. Driving licence required.
