Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Children in Care Nurse to join our trauma-informed team. You will independently manage your caseload, conduct holistic RHAs, and write comprehensive Health Summaries for children in care and care leavers, living inside and outside Coventry.
You will work with multi-agency partners, travel as needed, and contribute to improving health outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
