George Eliot Medical Centre in Coventry is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly NHS team for 21 hours per week. You will deliver autonomous, multi-disciplinary primary care from day one, including long-term condition reviews, immunisations and routine screening.
You will maintain accurate EMIS Web records, support quality improvement and audits, and work confidently with GPs, ANPs and HCAs to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.
