Complex Care Support Worker Bristol Location: Bristol Hours: Saturday & Sunday plus holiday and sickness . 9.00 am - 17.00 Pay Rate: £17.25 per hour to £18.25 per hour depending on shift. Please note: A full UK driving licence is essential. What Youll Be Doing: Providing tailored care and support to meet the clients individual needs. Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation. Administering medication and monitoring health. Supporting the client in the community including social activities. Offering companionship and emotional support. • Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes.
• Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a great sense of humour.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Full UK driving licence.
