Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and arrange diagnostic tests.
- Recognise deterioration in physical or mental condition and take appropriate action/escalation.
- Recognise, respond to, and manage emergency situations.
- Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations.
- Recognise limitations and escalating concerns.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years.
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
- Valid UK driving licence and a car.
