Sirona care & health — England's largest provider of Adults' and Children's Community Services — is looking for Health Care Assistants to join the Bladder and Bowel Service across BNSSG. The role is 18.75 hours per week, worked over three days (Wed-Fri preferred), with a flexible hybrid working model.
You will support care homes, healthcare professionals, patients and carers with assessments, re-assessments, and training, with unsupervised work and documentation in EMIS or similar systems.
