We’re looking for an exceptional Clinical Director to lead our Child and Adolescent Mental Health and All Age Eating Disorders Service. The Director will shape how mental health services for children, young people and people with eating disorders are delivered across South West London, involving strategic leadership, partnership building and service transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a consistent, high‑quality CAMHS and Eating Disorders pathway across all boroughs
- Influence and deliver strategic priorities for CAMHS and eating disorders across SWLSTG
- Continue to develop innovative, evidence‑based, and digitally enabled models of care
- Build outstanding multidisciplinary teams where people feel empowered, supported, and able to thrive
- Strengthen partnerships across health, education, local authorities, primary care and the voluntary sector
