We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Stoke area to join our healthcare team.

The Clinic Nurse SACT will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications.

This role needs a compassionate individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to putting the patient first.,

  • Perform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
  • Provide compassionate support to the patient and family
  • Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount., Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin and Nursing Qualification Commitment to CPD and engagement in training/development relevant to the role.

SACT accredited.

You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide excellent patient experience and safe and effective care., Current NMC registration

  • Experience of administering S/C, IM or IV medications
  • SACT experience
  • Willingness to work autonomously
  • Attention to detail, Substantial post registration experience in a clinical setting.

Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Self-motivated and energetic approach, showing interest in understanding the business and industry.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., Experience of the pharmaceutical industry or out of hospital services.

Knowledge of out of hospital services and pharmacy services.

Demonstrable clinical experience within the disease area.
