Are you an experienced and dedicated Radiographer looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Diagnostic Healthcare is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a CBCT Radiographer in London. This is a part‑time role, working 22.5 hours / 3 days a week between Monday and Saturday. The days will change each week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a range of CBCT scans adhering to DHC, Local, Regional, and National Guidelines.
- Exercise personal and professional autonomy, making critical clinical judgments using your knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company/Trust policies.
- Greet and explain scanning procedures to patients in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Enter accurate patient data and assist patients safely.
- Ensure patient dignity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clinic/hospital teams and address service‑related issues and queries.
- Complete end‑of‑day reports and upload images to PACS.
- Support scanner maintenance and report stock requirements.
- Support in the training of other radiographers as required.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and assist in incident/complaint investigations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Either a HCPC‑registered radiographer or GDC‑registered dental nurse with radiography certificate.
- Proficiency in radiographic techniques.
- Familiarity with contraindications for scanning.
- Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated understanding of patient care, health & safety, and continuous professional development (CPD) requirements.
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
- Immediate life‑support training (desirable).
