Clinical Development and Support

You will work closely with expert Consultant trainers, participate in regular supervision meetings, and engage in departmental and educational audits. Key Responsibilities
As a Trust Doctor, you will be an integral part of our dynamic medical team, collaborating with junior doctors, Physician Associates, and specialist nursing practitioners. Your clinical expertise, communication skills, initiative, and leadership qualities will guide medical students and junior doctors while contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will help shape our culture of care and innovate in the delivery of healthcare across diverse teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic medical degree
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
- Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent
- Completion of F1/F2 competences or equivalent
- Current or previous employment in a UKFPO affiliated foundation programme or 12 months’ experience after full GMC registration, with evidence of foundation competency achievement
- Appropriate knowledge base and experience working in multi‑professional teams
- Understanding of NHS/clinical governance/resource constraints
