Position: Pharmacist – Part time bank hours at Chester Hospital (The Grosvenor Hospital), up to £23 per hour depending on experience.

Overview

As a Pharmacist at Nuffield Health Chester Hospital, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality clinical care and advice across various departments, including the pre‑assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert medication management and clinical advice to patients and clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital to optimise patient care.
  • Offer services in the pre‑assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and operating theatres.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and national pharmacy standards.
  • Participate in pharmacy audits, medication safety initiatives and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Proven post‑qualification experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
