Overview
As a Pharmacist at Nuffield Health Chester Hospital, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality clinical care and advice across various departments, including the pre‑assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert medication management and clinical advice to patients and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital to optimise patient care.
- Offer services in the pre‑assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and operating theatres.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and national pharmacy standards.
- Participate in pharmacy audits, medication safety initiatives and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Proven post‑qualification experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
