Mind in West Essex is seeking a Sanctuary Support Worker to enhance mental health support for individuals referred by Crisis teams. The role is community-based, working with Sanctuary, Daylight and Night Owls, and in partnership with Crisis and Liaison teams to improve access to services.

You will welcome clients, assess presenting issues, and coordinate onward referrals while maintaining safe, supportive relationships and accurate CRM records.
