Who you are:

  • Organised, people-focused, and able to keep things running smoothly
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence in a busy environment
  • At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

A day in the life of a Care Coordinator

  • Match carers with clients and organise care schedules.
  • Support the setup of new care packages.
  • Keep rotas running smoothly and ensure continuity of care.
  • Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
  • Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends when required.
