Role Overview

We are looking for experienced care professionals to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. The role is based at Sunnymeade care home and is a bank contract position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person‑centred care, including bathing, dressing, oral care and promoting the resident’s right to choice and independence.
  • Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure care plans reflect residents’ needs.
  • Administer medication safely and in a compliant manner.
  • Lead or participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
  • Support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called upon to lead the home when senior managers are not available.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
  • This is a bank contract role.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
