A Senior Clinical Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedics is required to commence from February 2026 to work alongside 16 existing SPRs who support the Trauma and Orthopaedic Directorate. The successful candidate will be based at the University Hospital of Wales and Llandough Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide middle-grade cover for clinical sessions and be on call for trauma alongside specialist trainees.
  • Participate in independent operating sessions.
  • Attend supervised sessions with 16 consultant surgeons involved in the trauma service.

Qualifications:

  • Post FRCS (Orth) trainees interested in gaining focussed training in Trauma and Orthopaedics.
