This post will be within the Cardiff and Vale Health Visiting Service. You will be expected to deliver the Healthy Child Wales Programme, and/or Flying Start additionality to an allocated caseload, and work as part of a team, liaise with stakeholders and managers and become familiar with the community profile of the area you will cover. The Health Visiting service ensures that families receive a high quality of care and support as part of the Healthy Child Wales Programme.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the Healthy Child Wales Programme, and/or Flying Start additionality to an allocated caseload, and work as part of a team, liaise with stakeholders and managers and become familiar with the community profile of the area you will cover.
- Ensure families receive high quality care and support as part of the Healthy Child Wales Programme.
- Be pro-active, take ownership and responsibility for providing a safe and excellent service to the families within your care.
- Maintain professional standards, lead by example, and commit to ongoing learning and development for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- First Level Registration together with Degree/Diploma in Health Visiting is essential.
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
