The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 £ per year.

Surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions, and dealing with queries, paperwork, reports and correspondence in a timely fashion.

Our membership of Bury St Edmunds PCN ensures we have an extended team that includes a paramedic home‑visiting service, on‑site clinical pharmacists, a practice‑based social prescriber and a care co‑ordinator. We are rated Good in all areas at the most recent CQC inspection, use the SystmOne clinical system and an electronic prescribing system, and are a highly respected training practice with regular clinical/educational meetings and a mentoring scheme for salaried GPs and other clinical staff. Non‑personalised lists with equitable division of workload and capped workload for salaried GPs result in paper‑light practice and embrace new technology.

Qualifications and professional requirements: Fully qualified GP with GMC registration, annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate), be on the NHSE medical performers list, have a good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, primary prevention and screening services, and be able to take responsibility for career development, learning and performance. You must keep all mandatory training up to date, be aware of and comply with all relevant practice policies and guidelines (prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety), and commit to life‑long learning and audit to ensure evidence‑based best practice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner are essential.
