Bank Activities Coordinator – casual, part‑time role with flexible working.
You will help create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all‑round care and support for our residents.

Work is focused on getting to know residents and families and creating tailored activity programmes to maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities for residents, tailored to individual interests and abilities.
- Build relationships with residents and families to inform activity planning.
- Collaborate with staff to integrate activities into daily routines.
- Support residents’ wellbeing, independence and social engagement through creative programmes.
- Assist in covering for staff on annual leave or sick leave, i. e., bank pool coverage.
About You

- Organisational and proactive – you get things done and make things happen.
- Enthusiastic and creative, inspiring residents and staff to get involved.
- Experience in activities or working with older adults is ideal but not essential.
