The post involves working within a very supportive and experienced research nurse/AHP team based at Bradford. Training and mentoring will be provided in recruitment, data collection, accurate documentation and liaising with / providing training for other research nurses/AHPs across sites., Do you want to be part of a supportive and inclusive team who are leading patient safety research in the UK? - Current full driving licence and access to a vehicle to carry out the travelling requirements of the role as necessary.
The post-holder must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good organisational skills. Current study sites are located across Yorkshire and Northern England, but new sites may come on board that are further afield. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is willing and able to travel frequently., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training is required as an essential element of this role; the YQSR team are able to offer support and guidance to the successful applicant for them to achieve this. Enhanced communication skills and excellent record keeping is also a requirement., Proficient in use of Microsoft Office - word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint and web browsers e.g. internet explorer, Chrome - Excellent organisational skills - including time management, staff and resource management

- Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Ability to work in various locations throughout Yorkshire and beyond, as required, and be able to carry out the physical elements of the post e.g. prolonged computer work, moving between wards and departments to recruit patients to studies.
