We are seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to become our Programme Director for Integrated Neighbourhood Health and Care (INHC) in Bradford district and Craven. This is a unique opportunity to lead a flagship transformation programme that will fundamentally reshape how health and care services are delivered within our communities. Working across NHS organisations, primary care, local authorities, social care, the voluntary and community sector (VCFSE) and local communities, you will drive the development of integrated neighbourhood models that improve outcomes, tackle health inequalities and deliver more proactive, preventative and person-centred care. This role sits at the heart of our ambition to deliver the future vision for neighbourhood health and care, bringing together services around people, families and communities rather than organisational boundaries., As Programme Director, you will lead this transformation from vision through to implementation and impact. About the Role This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for developing and delivering a complex, multi-partner programme across a large and diverse health and care system. You will work closely with executive and senior leaders, clinicians, operational teams, local authority partners, voluntary and community organisations and communities to create a shared vision, establish robust governance arrangements and deliver measurable improvements in outcomes for local people. You will provide strategic leadership across organisational and professional boundaries, ensuring neighbourhood health and care becomes embedded as a sustainable way of working., This is an opportunity to lead transformational change that will directly improve the lives of local people and communities across Bradford district and Craven. - Significant senior leadership experience within the NHS or wider public sector or a comparable complex environment operating across organisational boundaries.
- A proven track record of leading large-scale, complex transformation involving multiple organisations and stakeholders.
- Experience of partnership working with local authorities and the VCSE sector, including coproduction and community engagement.
- Experience of establishing governance, assurance and risk management for complex programmes.
- Experience of delivering measurable improvements in services, outcomes and organisational performance.

- Qualification in Organisational development, quality improvement and/or system leadership, Significant senior leadership experience in the NHS or wider public sector, operating across organisational boundaries.

- Experience of securing and managing transformation funding, Expert understanding of NHS policy, strategy and operating frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of integrated care, neighbourhood health and population health initiatives and Core20Plus5.
- Understanding of health inequalities and approaches to reducing them.
- Knowledge of programme management methodologies.
- Understanding of governance, risk management and assurance processes.
- Knowledge of financial management and budget planning., Knowledge of local government and social care operating environments.
- Understanding of community development and asset-based approaches.
- Knowledge of national neighbourhood health policy and emerging models of care.
