Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our busy Delivery suite at Bournemouth Maternity on a permanent contract.

The successful applicants will join a well established team that administers the delivery suite.

  • Working Hours & Shift Pattern
  • Permanent contract, 30 hours per week.
  • Shift work over a 4‑week rota.

• Shift patterns

  • Two weekends per 4‑week rolling rota.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks for the delivery suite.
  • Organise and manage day‑to‑day tasks as assigned by the team.
  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail and timely completion of work.
  • Support the busy environment with a constant flow of traffic within the unit.

Qualifications & Experience

  • GCSE English & Maths (minimum grade C/4) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience and/or qualification.
  • Good team worker, flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public.
  • Ability to use own initiative when appropriate.
  • Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment.
