You will work full-time, 42 hours a week, on 12-hour day shifts, providing person-centred care and support in a safe, supportive environment.
The role offers ongoing apprenticeship learning opportunities, flexible hours with overtime, regular coaching and appraisal, expert supervision and peer support.
