Agincare is recruiting a Care Home Clinical Deputy Manager in Bexhill-on-Sea to lead a compassionate care team and deliver safe, person-centred care for residents. You will oversee daily operations, review care plans, and ensure high hygiene and equipment safety standards while supporting junior staff.
With 42 hours per week (including weekends), you will induct and supervise team members, complete audits, liaise with families, social workers and health professionals.
