Job Overview

Agincare is hiring a Care Assistant for St Peters Park Retirement Village in Bexhill.

The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with an option for bank contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship, support, communication and engagement.
  • Assist with personal care – wash bath or shower, dressing and oral care.
  • Prompt, assist or administer medications and creams.
  • Support patients with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
  • Complete light domestic cleaning tasks.
  • Help clients maintain independence through mobility support.
  • Organise and participate in social activities, trips out and home‑based engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of valid right to work in the UK.
  • Full‑time availability for 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
