Job Overview
Agincare is hiring a Care Assistant for St Peters Park Retirement Village in Bexhill.
The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with an option for bank contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, support, communication and engagement.
- Assist with personal care – wash bath or shower, dressing and oral care.
- Prompt, assist or administer medications and creams.
- Support patients with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Complete light domestic cleaning tasks.
- Help clients maintain independence through mobility support.
- Organise and participate in social activities, trips out and home‑based engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of valid right to work in the UK.
- Full‑time availability for 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
