Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Peer Support Worker (Adult) to draw on your lived experience of Autism to offer understanding, encouragement and practical help to Autistic adults.
You will deliver 1-to-1 or group peer support, work with care plans and goals, build trusting relationships, communicate effectively with autistic adults and keep accurate records using Systm One.
Based in Mid Essex, you will travel across Southend, Essex and Thurrock.
