Bank Registered Nurse (RMN) – Barchester Care Home
This casual, part‑time role allows for flexible working while providing vital support to residents with complex and challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and supervise nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Listen to and respond to residents’ needs, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments.
- Support residents’ quality of life and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Current NMC registration.
- Strong knowledge of dementia‑related clinical practices.
- Experience producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
