Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an experienced Social Worker to manage a caseload focused on children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and needs are met.
You will use Family Support and Safeguarding Workbook modules and a strengths-based approach, reporting to the Assistant/Team Manager as required.
You will prepare credible reports for child protection conferences and care proceedings, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate ICT records aligned with performance.
