The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals and groups of learners that fosters independence and resilience.
  • Contributing and participating in annual person-centred reviews for learners with statutory plans, such as Individual Development Plans (IDP).
  • Acting as a role model, champion, and advocate for learners with ALN or LDD.
  • Working with staff and other professionals to promote learner independence.
  • Support the provision of access arrangements and reasonable adjustments.

The successful candidate will have 5 GCSE’s grade A-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with people with additional learning needs, learning difficulties and / or disabilities and experience of working within education or a care setting.
