We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our People Team at Cardiff Airport, with a CIPD Level 3 qualification, or willing to work towards or equivalent experience. This is a key role supporting managers and colleagues at Cardiff Airport and St Athan across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, operational environment at a time of exciting growth and transformation.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to the business, providing expert advice on employee relations, people policies, performance, absence, and employment law. You will help to ensure our people practices are fair, consistent, and aligned to best practice and legislation. You’ll also contribute to building a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture that supports employee engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to get involved in People projects and wider organisational initiatives. The role is primarily airport-based and requires flexibility to support operational teams and maintain visibility across the organisation.
