Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-profile estate, driving commercial performance, leading major infrastructure programmes, and helping shape a nationally significant asset. What you’ll do
- As a key member of the Executive team, you will lead the strategic direction and performance of our property and infrastructure portfolio - maximising value, driving revenue, and enabling long-term growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a long-term property and asset management strategy
- Lead major capital investment and development programmes
- Oversee a diverse commercial estate, optimising income and performance
- Provide strategic leadership to the Facilities Management and Project teams
- Ensure strong governance, compliance and a non-negotiable safety culture
- Build and influence senior relationships across government, partners and tenants
- Contribute to wider organisational strategy as a member of the Executive team
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an exceptional leader who combines strategic vision with proven delivery, capable of operating at Executive level within a complex, highly regulated environment. We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Senior leadership experience across property, infrastructure, estates or engineering
