We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our People Team at Cardiff Airport, with a CIPD Level 3 qualification, or willing to work towards or equivalent experience. This is a key role supporting managers and colleagues at Cardiff Airport and St Athan across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, operational environment at a time of exciting growth and transformation.

This role offers the opportunity to get involved in People projects and wider organisational initiatives. The role is primarily airport-based and requires flexibility to support operational teams and maintain visibility across the organisation.
