The primary focus of the role is customer training in acute hospitals across GB. This role involves nationwide travel across GB.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Onsite customer training & support for the premium portfolio of medical devices including fetal monitoring, ECG, defib and simulation, supplied by leading global manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders across acute hospital settings.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely & professional manner, provide customers with advice on products and ensure product configurations are appropriate for their clinical placements.
  • Communication & interaction with colleagues to monitor planned installations and schedule training with customers.
  • Provide clinical support, insight & education to colleagues across the business, including participation in sales demonstrations and product evaluations.
  • Maintain professional registration as appropriate and establish & maintain certification, for customer training, with all required suppliers.
  • Maintenance of training records in electronic and/or paper format.
  • Participation in Clinical Education programs, delivered to customers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the Training & Education Team, participate in improvement projects and commitment to the principle of continuous improvement across the business.

Role Requirements

  • Clinical qualification in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline & minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.
  • Ideally a third level qualification in Nursing, Education, Training, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong customer focused approach.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing training schedules and coordinating with healthcare teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Full, clean driver's licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly; this role involves nationwide travel across GB.
