Your day with Team Carden:

  • Welcoming guests as they enter the hotel
  • Supporting guests with their luggage
  • Valet parking guest cars
  • Assisting guests with general enquiries
  • Light cleaning duties of the front of house areas
  • Drive the staff minibus safely and punctually between designated locations
  • Ensure staff minibus is kept clean and well-maintained
  • Support other departments as required to ensure a seamless guest experience

About You:

  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented with excellent customer service skills
  • Full, clean driving licence with D1 category to enable driving of the minibus
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Ability to handle luggage and perform manual handling tasks safely
  • Enjoy full time hour contract, rota includes some early mornings, evenings and weekends. Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
