The Spa at Carden is looking for a passionate and welcoming individual to join our award-winning luxury spa team as a Spa Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. If you have a friendly personality, a genuine love for customer care, and a desire to deliver exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
Your Day With Team Carden
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival
- Manage spa bookings and process payments efficiently
- Anticipate and meet guests’ needs in a helpful and proactive manner
- Promote and maximise sales through upselling treatments and retail products
- Work collaboratively with the wider spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You
- You have a warm, friendly, and professional approach
- You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- You are confident communicating with guests and building rapport
- You are organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- You have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
- Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working both evenings and weekends. Applicants should be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the rural location of Carden. Salary up to £26,600 per annum plus extensive benefits.
