Your day with Team Carden:
- Welcoming guests as they enter the hotel
- Supporting guests with their luggage
- Valet parking guest cars
- Assisting guests with general enquiries
- Light cleaning duties of the front of house areas
- Drive the staff minibus safely and punctually between designated locations
- Ensure staff minibus is kept clean and well-maintained
- Support other departments as required to ensure a seamless guest experience
About You:
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented with excellent customer service skills
- Full, clean driving licence with D1 category to enable driving of the minibus
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Ability to handle luggage and perform manual handling tasks safely
- Enjoy full time hour contract, rota includes some early mornings, evenings and weekends. Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
