Carden Park Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and passionate team members to join our Food & Beverage Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment delivering memorable experiences at weddings, conferences and special events. Your Day with Team Carden
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy outstanding service throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering warm, professional and personalised guest service
- Supporting the smooth running of weddings, conferences and events
- Preparing event spaces, restaurants and bars for service
- Assisting with set-up and closing duties at the beginning and end of shifts
- Providing knowledgeable and friendly service to guests
- Maximising sales opportunities through great hospitality and product knowledge
About You
We’re looking for people who bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ideally, you will:
- Have a friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided
