Overview
You will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience, supporting the management team, and leading shifts with energy and professionalism. You’ll be hands-on, ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalised service that reflects the luxury setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar team during shifts to maintain exceptional service standards
- Deliver a high-quality beverage experience, from specialty coffees to signature cocktails
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and attention to detail in every order
- Support training and development of team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health & safety standards
- Handle guest queries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
- Assist with daily bar operations
About You
- You have previous experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role
- You take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a luxury environment
- You have good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation (or a willingness to learn to a high standard)
- You are a natural team player who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment
- You lead by example, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- You remain calm under pressure and can manage a busy, fast-paced service
- You have excellent communication and organisational skills
- You are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Enjoy a full time permanent role of 40 hours per week; working days, evenings and late nights and weekends. £13 per hour plus service charge and extensive benefits. Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods. We do have return transport from Wrexham Town Centre.
