Your day with Team Carden:
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
- Train, Coach and Support our Housekeeping team to deliver a high standard of service and customer care in line with hotel standards, procedures and profitability.
- Supporting with fire, hygiene and health and safety training
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams to address any issues promptly
Skills you will have
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and health & safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
40 hour permanent contract with a salary of £27,000. Shifts include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods. We offer a free shuttle bus service for staff from Wrexham Town Centre.
