We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Golf Services Assistant to join Team Carden. If you enjoy working independently while also being part of a supportive team, and you’re committed to creating memorable golfing experiences for every guest, we’d love to hear from you. Previous experience within a golf environment or an interest in golf are desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Your Day at Carden: As part of our Golf Operations team, you will:

  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service across all golf operations
  • Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Golf Operations department and golf courses
  • Promote teamwork and assist across all golf departments as required
  • Help ensure member and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Maintain immaculate standards across all golf front‑of‑house areas and equipment
  • Assist in the setup and delivery of golf events and business activities
  • Handle stock responsibly, using strong product knowledge to confidently upsell and cross‑sell relevant products and services
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times

About you:

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Both full and part time roles are available on a fixed term contract from 1st April – 31st October with hours available including early mornings and evenings. Up to £12.21 per hour plus extensive benefits. Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
