We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Cocktail & Guest Experience Host to join our prestigious fine dining 3AA Rosette restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through world-class cocktails, premium spirits, and expert wine service.
Key Responsibilities- Create and serve high-end classic and signature cocktails to an exceptional standard.
- Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and pairings to complement our menu.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a refined luxury environment.
- Maintain expert knowledge of premium spirits, champagne, wines, and current cocktail trends.
- Ensure the bar area is immaculate, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
- Engage confidently with guests and provide a personalised experience.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to uphold the highest service standards.
- Positive and Charismatic attitude, with a passion for customer service.
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
- Passion for mixology, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- WSET qualification or cocktail certifications are advantageous.
