Role: Night Porter
Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week (4-5 nights per week) Enjoy a permanent contract working 10:30pm-7am, including weekends.

As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome, outstanding service and a safe, comfortable stay throughout the night.
You'll be a key member of the overnight team, providing support across the hotel and helping to maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Your night with Team Carden
- Delivering exceptional guest service throughout the night, anticipating and responding to guests' needs with professionalism and care.
- Welcoming guests with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Making and delivering room service orders promptly and courteously.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of public areas to the highest standard.
- Carrying out regular security and safety checks across the resort, ensuring a secure environment for guests, visitors and colleagues.
- Supporting other departments overnight to ensure the smooth running of hotel operations.
- Responding confidently and efficiently to guest enquiries and requests, creating memorable experiences at every opportunity.
About You
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer service environment (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence working independently and taking responsibility during overnight shifts.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service.
- Full clean Driving License is desirable
Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.

Confidence with computers is required.
