Carden Park Hotel are looking for passionate team members to join The Vines Restaurant team. If you have previous experience with Waiting On, then please get in touch. Your day with team Carden:
- To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention.
- To attend to all customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way.
- To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered, to ensure customer loyalty is maintained.
- To build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
- To ensure the customer is treated correctly first time and every time.
- Compile feedback of guests comments throughout the evening and inform the Hostess.
- Refer any negative issues to the Manager on duty to deal with.
Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness. Complete food and beverage knowledge, with particular attention to allergens and SOPs.
Full time permanent contracts and part time hours available. The hours available are over a shift pattern of Thursday - Sunday. Up to Β£12.35 per hour. Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
