This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences. If you have previous experience working in a busy restaurant environment at a supervisory level then we would love to meet you! This is a great opportunity to support with leading our team in Redmond’s, our main bustling 200 seat Brasserie.
Your day with Team Carden:
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team during service
- Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Support management with opening/closing duties and cash handling
- Assist with staff training
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
Enjoy a 40 hour contract, working a variety of shifts which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends. Salary of £27,000 per annum. Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
